I'm Roshedra Palmer, a passionate gospel artist, worship leader, and servant of the Lord.

My Story

Born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, I was blessed to have a family that instilled in me a deep love and reverence for God. My parents, Carlene Steele and Leonard Palmer, taught me to fear God, love God, and use my talents to glorify Him.

From a young age, music was my passion. Inspired by my father, a talented musician and singer, I began singing at 4 years old. I explored various activities—piano, dance, sports, and many others—but singing remained my first love.

At 13, I surrendered my heart to the Lord and was baptized at Calvary New Testament Church of God under Bishop Blake's leadership. I've since served in the Youth Department, founded the Daughters of Zion Dance team, and become a praise and worship leader.

Music Ministry

In 2017, I took a bold step in answering the call of God by pursuing my music journey a little further. It all began with my first debut album "Purpose". In a few short years after, I released my sophomore album "Born For This” in 2023. This album showcases my growth and devotion in my walk with God as well as my craft as an artist.

Vision & Mission

As an independent artist, I aim to always remain humble and continue to share my gifts through worship. With a heart for this generation, I pray to inspire young people to use their gifts for God's glory too. My desire through worship is to bring God’s people to a place of blessing, healing, deliverance, and freedom.
